[Interview] Same Old Sean – Inspiration and Debut Album

Last week, we caught up with musician and social commentator Same Old Sean (Sean Nammock) at the infamous Trellick Tower estate, to talk about his upcoming debut album.

Sean has had an interesting and varied past, most famously involving a series of armed jewellery heists across Britain in 2008/09. A six-year jail sentence for conspiracy to commit burglary gave Sean some valuable time to reflect on his life and develop his life-long passion for music.

As he explains in the interview above, the inspiration for his new genre of “Council House Music” stems from his early life living around the infamous Trellick Tower Estate in Ladbroke Grove.
