My London Fashion Week Style

London Fashion Week is always a lot of fun; a chance to watch fashion shows, presentations, parties, discover the future trends, catch up with friends and meet a lot of different people! One thing about every fashion week is making sure you look your best- blow-dried hair, professional make up and most importantly wearing the right outfits.

This season LFW Autumn/Winter ‘18 was just as enjoyable and this time I partnered with luxury online boutique Aeterna Style. What initially attracted me to wearing Aeterna Style’s clothing is that they supply timeless, flattering, feminine pieces from across the globe. Beautifully crafted international labels such as For Love and Lemons, Asilio, and Thurley are accessible in the UK through

I chose to wear dresses that complimented my figure whilst keeping on trend. A key piece I wore during fashion week was the Teneille dress by Asilio. The dress is monochrome and crafted from textured lace panels, these flatter and elongate the silhouette. The dress tapers in at waist and the netted lace skirt is flared out. I wore this for a few shows with black suede pointed toe heels and later on for the parties, I added a black leather jacket to complete my look.

Day two I was placed on 'frow' (front row) during the Limkokwing AW18 show and so I chose the For Love & Lemons Mallorca Embroidered Dress. This mini dress features lace and embroidery in classic black with white floral detailing. The dress has subtle cutouts and a feminine ruffle hem. I paired black ankle boots with this outfit to make it a little more casual.

My favourite outfit that I wore during LFW was the For Love and Lemons Percephone Embroidered dress. The embellished long sleeve mini dress features inset lattice trim and contrast rayon crepe ruffles. This piece really is timeless and can be worn during any season. I paired this again with black ankle boots and a black patent tote bag.

A lot of the trends for LFW AW18 seen at the shows were pieces that represented femininity; pretty pieces such as bows, floral prints, nipped in waists, embellishments whilst also being bold; a lot of leather, satin and various prints were paraded. The pieces that I wore and the range of clothing from Aeterna Style certainly embody these trends but effortlessly and in a timeless fashion- certainly for this LFW they were ahead of the season.
